Our mission is to create an accessible and innovative full body workout. Our method redefines traditional barre, focusing on strength and conditioning via the fusion of muscular contractions, making this much more than a ballet based workout.

Low impact but high intensity, in our 30 and 45 minutes classes you’ll build strength, improve muscle tone and mobility, whilst also increasing micro-muscle strength to enhance overall performance.
