At BODY LDN it is our mission to create a space, where everyone can feel comfortable to enjoy the benefits of Barre. We strive to be an inclusive community that enables everybody to enjoy high calibre classes that aren’t location dependent.

Our expert team of certified fitness professionals have a wealth of experience, training clients and teaching in boutique studio’s across London and the UK. Their expertise and passion for this niche method enables them to deliver first class workouts to our clients, no matter where they are in the world.


Meet the Team

Katy – Founder and Instructor

She/Her

Katy is a professional dancer turned fitness professional. A born and bred northerner, Katy has been lucky enough to spend the last decade performing professionally across the globe. She first fell in love with barre whilst travelling through Sydney and after moving to London in 2014 she began fusing barre fitness further into both her professional and personal lifestyle. Whilst working for the UK’s leading barre studio, Katy built up a wealth of experience teaching and training clients across boutique London studios. Striving to evolve an inclusive fitness experience that highlights just how beneficial barre can be, BODY LDN was born.

Katy’s at her happiest when engaging with people. Her classes are high energy, challenging yet incredibly rewarding and she is so grateful that she can share this innovative method with BODY LDN’s ever growing online community.

Chris – Instructor

He/Him

Chris grew up in Essex though as a child lived in the USA for a couple of years and has dreams of moving to NYC in the future. Chris loves how movement and music, both in dance and fitness, have enriched his life and led him to travel the world and meet wonderful people. As well as a successful career in the arts, Chris diversified into the fitness industry 6 years ago. Barre has been a huge part of his life – addicted to the burn and seeing how it transformed both himself and his clients, Chris believes that Barre is an invaluable addition to anyone and everyone’s daily routine. His classes are challenging but always delivered with positive motivation and a little bit of laughter to get you through.

Chris recently launched his own podcast that discusses everything from spirituality to trash tv, which is a perfect out let for his cheesy jokes when he isn’t teaching.

Annie – Instructor

She/Her

Annie is a super bubbly, energetic person. She is a total chatter box that loves spending time with her girlfriends either at a boozy brunch or on a long hike to watch the sunset at an epic viewpoint. Whilst navigating a professional dance career and the stress of London life, Annie began gravitating towards yoga. During traumatic times she felt she was always looking for that calm and so Annie stepped away for her dance career and stepped into the light of yoga.

Annie is a fully qualified Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher. Her teaching style is super fun and vibrant. She will make you feel welcome and comfortable in your sessions and leave you feeling energised and restored.
